Your pack shipment
All orders would be shipped via a Next day service, however processing times may vary; allow an additional 2 working days for delivery. You select your preferred delivery date at checkout and we will look to fulfil this on best endeavors. I
f your order can be delivered earlier than your selected date, you will receive email confirmation of the updated delivery window.
Please note that our carriers deliver to the communal entrance to the specified delivery address. If requested, the carrier may deliver to the front door of your delivery address, following an assessment of the safety and practicality of doing so.
Your order would be delivered to the address specified at checkout. You would also be asked to provide safe place information, in the event that there is nobody present at the address when the order is due to be delivered. As is standard practise, items would be left at the designated safe place. Instructions on how to collect items would be provided, if the parcel can't be left in a safe place outside public view. Parcels must be collected promptly, or be destroyed due to contamination risk. Kiri Foods Ltd will not be liable for any financial loss that ensues for failed delivery attempts on the dates provided on your tracking slip.
Orders which require temperature control are shipped using 48 - 72 hour insulation packaging to keep temperatures at an optimum level through the shipment. Please note that Kiri Foods would not be liable for any loss or damage to the items that ensues due to the orders being left at your designated safe place.
We charge a fixed delivery rate on orders under 20kg to most addresses in mainland UK. Additional shipping charges apply to orders from Northern Ireland or Scottish Highlands - Please select the appropriate option at checkout to avoid delays.
We strongly suggest you provide a mobile contact number at checkout. We will only use that number to keep you updated about your order or delivery.
Refunds & Returns
Our money back guarantee applies to unopened packages. We are unable to refund products that require chilled or ambient packaging due to contamination risk.
